This ten day resplendent extravaganza boasts of more than 40 events ,drawing a disparate crowd of college-goers all over South India. This year more than two thousand students from all over the country are expected to pour into the campus, to take part in the various competitions right from the technical events to workshops. With great expectations to live up to Tecuthsav 2011 as it is called promises to be truly special with students trying to carve a niche in their own extra ordinary way!!!
It is not just about a plethora of events or for that matter a treasure trove of prizes- for this is where the moods and the motley crowd merge to embark on a journey that rejoice in their tour into the world of science an technology. College of Engineering, Guindy is renowned for encouraging innovation and out-of the box thinking by its students. It is in celebration of this culture of Innovation, that students of College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG) are organizing “KURUKSHETRA 11” – An International Techno Management Festival of Anna University, Chennai.
Kurukshetra is being organized this year, from the 2nd to 5th of February 2011 at the hallowed grounds of CEG, Anna University, which is Asia’s largest technical university.
With quests, ranging from ”Robotics” to “Riddles of the Sphinx”, from “K! millionaire” to “K++”, and with a plethora of quizzes, puzzles and coding events to add spice, KURUKSHETRA 11 promises to be a true Multi-Disciplinary concoction.
